Dark copper color with a medium head. Very heavy grain aroma. Not muddled like a silo, just that there is a large sum of clean, fresh grain. Taste is pretty dry right away. Bitter malt with a slightly grainy finish.

nice amber color, off white head that quickly goes away, minimal lacing, light fuity nose of green apple. a touch over carbonated in the mouthfeel i must say, strong fruity taste of apple & crystal malts, moderate bitterness, with a long dry citrusy hop fnish that balances out the load. overall a nice b

Nice looking reddish-brown ale with a creamy beige head, this has a mild fruity aroma (apples, cherries, bananas) with an earthy hop undertone. It tends to fizz up a wee bit too much in the mouth. The taste makes up for it, a base of caramel malt flavor topped with the aforementioned fruit and some solid (but not overbearing) hop bitterness. It has a dry, earthy finish. Not a bad drink.

I can’t imagine the brewers wanting this beer to taste like this and I think it’s infected. That would explain the extremely bubbly and annoying mouthfeel and the sour character, without much else. It’s extremely dry and rustic, with a banana chip flavor underneath and a light caramel character.

Deep orange. Lively carb. Notes of barnyard, woods, earth and wholesome bread. Mild chocolate. Gentle bitterness; somewhat drying.

Bottle. Deep copper in colour with a lasting white head. Aroma was malty (caramel, cookies), hops (oranges, lemons). The flavour was of light citrus hops (oranges), slightly sweet caramel, woody and some earth. Medium body, high carbonation. Finishes with a very refreshing lingering bitterness. Very nicely done.

Clear tan, nice medium head. Bitter aroma, corriander and clove. Taste is bitter, earthy, and spiced. Gotta be brett in here. Dry finish. Interesting, good beer.
