Pours hazy orange with a fine, creamy, lightly yellow head. Aroma has oranges, some hay and barnyard. Yeast and light overripe apple as well. Medium carbonation, a bit light mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly tart, good caramel, some apples again. Light spiciness in the warming and surprisingly hoppy finish.

Jul 27, 2008 Bottle at La Porte Noire in Brussels. Amber color with big, white head that fades to persistent layer. Slightly sourish, cidery nose, grainy like speculoos cookies. Tart, cidery flavor with caramel malt and dusty-hop backdrop. Fairly dry with lightly bitter aftertaste. Interesting and light enough to refresh. Love to try it on tap.
