May 18, 2009 Draft at Capone’s. Pours turbid deep gold with 1-finger white head. Nose is hopcit, malt, candy sugar, slight funk. Tastes citric, with orange zest, funk, spic, malt, and a medium heft of palate and complexity.

May 5, 2009 Bottle. Aroma of floral, herbal, and spicy notes, seemingly all from hops, and complex, light grain notes. Flavor brings in some citrus but again focuses in on wheat, hay, grass, as well as some clove, pepper, and nutty/earthy yeasty notes. Finishes with a spice and apricot kick. Really nice stuff.

May 5, 2009 Bottle. Pours a murky yellow-orange with some sediment and a small white head. Aroma of sweet citrus, wheaty malt, and light yeast notes. Flavor is bready at first with some lemony notes. Sweet malt with some bitter spices in the finish. Very nice and pleasant to drink. Well done.

Feb 20, 2009 33cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours hazy orange with a creamy egg white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, wheat and spices. Medium and smooth body. Fruity and yeasty flavor. Bitter dry end.

Sep 20, 2008 Bottle from Dranken Geers. Old gold, orange colour wit thin lasting beige. Hoppy, slightly fruity peachy aroma. Quite a nice aroma. Citrus, peach and hop. Nice, good hop citrus. Floral on finish. Pretty good.

Aug 26, 2008 Bottle in Quinns. Aroma is spicey and fruity yeast, typically belgian. Taste is similar, but its balanced enough to mak it drinkable and interesting.
