Oct 28, 2007 Bottle. Sweet, lightly spiced, and fruity aroma and flavor, with a pleasant bitterness in the flavor. Unclear pour, with some micro-floaties, and a white head leaving nice lacings. Medium to full body, and a fruity and slighlty spiced finish. A nice and enjoyable sweetish Belgian. (070914)

Oct 27, 2007 Bottle: Poured a hazy copper color with a creamy lacing white head. The aroma is very spicy. The taste is soft malt with that hoppy pine tree like flavor, there is also some spice.

Light orange, little head. Huge ginger and sweet hoppy aroma. Taste is disappointing initially - a bit alcoholic, but mellows later. Leaves hops, which is nice.
