Thin light brown head that faded to a film after the first two sips and left sheets of lace after each sip. Light but pleasant aroma of roasted malt. The flavor is predominantly roasted malt with a somewhat bitter finish. Light on the palate and overcarbonated for a stout. berkshirejohn (1826), Bracknell, Berkshire, England

Next came a more pronounced bitterness suffused with warm chocolate and nuts. Finish satisfying nuts and hint of fruit with a dash of bittersweet chocolate...what a treat! rlgk (3378), Vårgårda, Sweden
