Commercial Description:
You want bitter? You got it! Very malty with a strong roast barley flavour. Black as pitch and so thick you could just about eat it with a spoon. An excellent stout.

12.7 ounce bottle, part of a mixed pack. Aroma of dark chocolate and sweet burnt malt with heavy cream. Rich, thick, opaque brown pour. One inch brown head and stringy lacing. Chunky due to a lot of yeast sediment. Soft malty mouth feel, good bitterness. Pleasing stout flavors of chocolate and coffee. Milk and nuts along with some bitter burnt tastes. Solid stout, very nice.

Initially the aroma had me worried but after first sip I was pleased. Hard for me to really describe the taste. Its not a Guiness or that Nutty. All that comes to mind is DARK chocolate. Also at 6.3 alc% is perfect I think

It poured an almost black. Very nice dark brown head. Thick, but not too thick. Sweet, ,malty, and very drinkable for a X Stout.

Black coloured beer with an average off-white head. Rather diffferent, full malty aroma, sweet roasted and creamy. Full palate, creamy. Finish is full bitter, roasted , little creamy. Nice, but not overwhelming.

Bottle. Pours jet black with a creamy beige head. The taste is great; first you notice the bitterness, then you notice the metallic/earthy/coffee malt. After a bit you notice a nice fruit taste. The body is not that thick, but substantial, with a good bit of sediment. A great brew.

12oz Bottle - 99 Bottles - Federal Way, WA
Aroma – Deep molasses, and cark chocolate aroma with roasted malts
Appearance – Dark brown in color, clear and a thin brown head.
Flavor – Great chocltae and molasses flavors. This beer had flavor to give to the next batch. Great malts used with some sweetness.
Palate – This was a slick and sweet beer to taste and the tounge enjoyed every minute.
Overall –A great stout. This was a deep sweet and rich flavored beer. Not your ordinary stout. I expected more from the hops like a Impy stout. What a great style and beer.
