Apr 25, 2007 Bottle: Pours a nice black, with a light tan head. Aroma, chocolate, dark fruits, and some roasted malts. Flavor, roasty, chocolate, very thin though. Decent flavor, but the body just didn’t do it for me.

Apr 23, 2007 Appearance: dark brown intense. Medium Head, beige and persistently.
Aroma: Sweet of roasted malts. Tones of coffee, vanilla, candy and a slight acid as of plum. Reminiscences of chocolate, black olives and liquor.
Flavor: Moreover complex that the aroma. Highly roast , sweet beginning to finish in a dry toasting and hoppy. Presence of coffee of grain, bitter chocolate and vanilla. Reminiscences of smoked and liquor of coffee. I love the balance of this beer, between the sweetness of the malts and the dryness of the toasting.
Palate: Low carbonization, great body, creamy and oily texture.

Apr 21, 2007 Pours a great thick tan head. Color is very black with no light penatrating. Nice malty aroma. Flavor of roasted malt in the aftertaste. A little bit a alcohol also in the aftertaste.

Apr 10, 2007 Updated: Jun 14, 2007Cerveja Stout da Austrália. Bastante escura, com espuma caramelo densa e sempre presente. Cheiro gostoso de café torrado. Sabor predominante também de café torrado, amargor presente e bem temperado, encorpada. Fermentação na garrafa. O sabor de grãos torrados é muito forte, talves o problema dessa Stout.

Apr 4, 2007 It’s a black stout with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and coffee, and the flavour has initial distinct notes of coffee and then chocolate and a light sweetness. It’s a nice, soft and smooth stout, and I’m sure it would be nice with deserts too.

Apr 1, 2007 By the bottle at Cafe Verandah in Jackson Center, Ohio. Pour is a dark chocolate color with a nice substantial head. A sweet chocolate flavor which is thick and creamy, with slight vanilla hints. Ends with a nice roasted malty finish. "This is what stout is all about".

Mar 28, 2007 Bought two bottles at Times Supermarket in Hawaii. Loved the smell, loved the color, good flavor and the aftertaste was heavenly smooth :)
