April 2004. Red lager with off-white head, with a grainy aroma with a hint of pepper. Light malty taste, very weak.

Watery caramel hanging on to a peppery aroma...Dryness and faint malt again...A boring vienna...

Malty aroma. Orange yellow with white head that recedes to cover. Malty flavour with a touch of hops. Medium-light body without being watery. On tap at the brewery.

(Draught) Sampled at the brewery Tasting Room. Amber body and a thin, white, quick dissipating head. Pleasant mellow hops. Average.

Amber color with a small white head, lacing. Distinctive Coopers Cave aroma, slightly bitter floral hop. A slight caramel malt taste with an English hop prescence. Very drinkable.

Pours with an amber orange body topped by a medium thick, fizzy, quickly disappearing head with little lacing on the glass. Sweet malty aroma with fruity notes and a flowery hop background. A hint of caramel is also noticed. Slightly sweet malty flavor with flowery, grassy hop accents and slight fruity notes. The finish is slightly bitter with a touch of grassy hops. Light bodied and smooth. A nice refreshing brew on such a hot day.
