I’ve had a few of the Cooper’s Cave beers and was not thrilled with them, so I was not expecting much when I cracked open this bottle. To my surprise, a well crafted brew! Pours a hazy gold with a moderate white head with nice lacing. Light floral hoppy aroma. Initial flavor is slightly sweet followed by some hops bitterness. Not excessively bitter. Crisp finish. By far the best I have sampled thus far from Cooper’s Cave. jcwattsrugger (5532), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

It’s not very well balanced as it’s bitterness is overpowering in a bad way. There was nothing else to the beer. dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
