Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Wow, what a disappointment. I loved their extra stout so I was willing to shell out 9.99 for a six pack at BevMo (on discount!!) and this Pale Ale smells, tastes, and looks like a thin Hefe.

Bottle. Very, very faint fruity notes in the aroma, see notes for last Cooper’s rating. Pale golden body with an off-white head. Crisp feel, medium body, sharp taste of...well, nothing. There’s nothing here! Everything from Cooper’s is essentially the same, varied only by the color of the label on the bottle.

bottle. nice translucent amber pour. Low carbination. Smell is of strong grass and a little wheat. Taste is both slightly bitter and slightly sweet in a good blend... the palette is a little watery but also a blubbly, slightly hoppy aftertaste. Lingers for a little with an acidic/yeasty/hops taste. Good ale if watery and a little bland.

Bottle. Poured cloudy amber with a white head. Floral, grassy aroma. Medium bodied and fizzy. Crisp refreshing fruity initial taste giving way to mild floral bitterness. It’s a good, but unexceptional, pale ale, a bit bland.

Pours a hazy light amberish color, with not much head but a little lacing. Aroma of hops and citrus. Good flavor, a bit sweet, but nothing great.

Bottle at the Florence. Nos eof hops, grass. Pours a cloudy yellow beer with no head. Malty and sweet taste. Quite hoppy. Quite unbalanced. Typical low grade Coopers.

[Thanks for bringing that from Australia Anne] Hazy orange with tiny short lasting head. Grassy, yeasty and malty aroma. Slightly sweet fruity flavor with yeasty and fruity notes.

Bottle (375ml). Poured a hazy golden color with a rocky, white head which was average lasting. Aroma was of musky malts, bready notes, honey lemon citrus and very faint pineapples. Flavor was of honey, lemon, citrus (light), musky malts and a light hoppyness. Light bodied with lively carbonation and a short finish.
