Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Bottle 375 ml. Not so bad, but surely the less interesting from coopers. Aroma is fruity and citrusy, the yeast is also noticeable. Sweet flavour, with bitterness at the end, duration is not long. Light-medium body, with acidity present at the finish. Colour is dark yellow, and it’s cloudy, with a white head that doesn’t last.

Slightly hazy golden body with a soapy white head. Light aroma - cereal, yeast, and touch of hops. Thin palate with good carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. Malt, cereal, and light citrus. A decent beer.

Golden coloured without much head. Had sediment floating in it which turned some of my friends off it but not me. Looked more like a wheat beer. Hoppy aroma. Grainy and bitter taste which was well balanced. No real change in the finish and leaves little aftertaste. Rather refreshing. Decent if not great.

(bottle - 12.7 oz) Clear gold pour with a fizzy and lasting white head. Aroma is light and grassy with some hints of dry hops and a light sweetness. Flavor is light, too light. A very light touch of dry and stale grass and hops at the beginning with a lightly sweet middle. Flavor disappears instantly and leaves almost no aftertaste.
