Refreshing, but rather boring. robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA

Beconoming more and more popular here in Australia for the low preservatives & best after date. Seems asthough you guys in the US don’t like it too much...you need to get it on tap. BrewDad (2370), Olympia, Washington, USA

A light golden color with a light head. This was a nice beer for the hot night. The beer was lacking of flavor and hops in my opinoin and was very light struck. The flavors where metalic to taste. bozoNZ (491), Christchurch, New Zealand

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 30, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy yellow golden with a fine white head that reduced to a film. Potent sweet aroma with notes of honey, flowers and initially also lemon. Honey flavours, a bit short. Rather watery texture. Refreshing, but can be improved. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 18, 2007 12oz. bottle. Aroma of sweet, honeyish, lightly crackery malts and some fainter herbal, spicy hop. Mostly clear golden color (sediment left in the bottle) with a lightly greenish tinge and a very slight, fading head. Flavor profile is moderately well-balanced and surprisingly dry, with a degree of spicy, grassy bitterness noted, very light fruitiness and some gently toasty, grainy, pale malts in the background. Thin and effervescent on the palate with a light-medium body. The salesperson told me this was the best Pale Ale in the world. I’m going to have to disagree. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Apr 16, 2007 Pours out a nice golden & cloudy, forming a white foamy head. Aroma of flowers, malts, hops and lemon grass. Love the bits floating around. Looks appetizing! Flavour is full, malted hops, grass and lemons. Very good beer from our friends in Australia! Easily sessionable and great to drink on a hot day while mowing the grass. PS- May our Aussie friends be watched over by God, along with our American troops in Iraq & Afghanistan.
