Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Very disapointing, pours a very cloudy ale when you like the sediment in the glass like me. I found it pretty bland with not much taste, very much like a lager. Did have some slight taste of citrus but that was it. Won’t be having it again!

Very disappointed with this one, especially given the pale ale name. Pours cloudy yellow. Faint hops with some graininess. Not very carbonated, soft yeast taste. Boring.

Bottle bit hazy yellow colour with a nice medium mostly lasting white head. Quite a fruity aroma. Flavour is dry and crisp, fruity, bit malty. Long finish.

A very good beer, plenty of flavour. One of the best of its type. You can drink this all day a real good session beer.

Bottle: Cloudy, golden coloured with a smaller sediment; small egg-shell coloured foamy layer; delicate yeasty-grainy and a bit hoppy nose with a touch of green apples; quite dry, robust bitter flavour, rather light bodied; long, bone-dry bitter, but not very aromatic finish. A good thirst-quencher, but a bit one-dimensional.............

12oz bottle. Aroma: Very light aroma with notes of orange, yeast, and light malts. Appearance: Darker straw in color and fairly clear. White head was small and creamy but didn’t last long. No lacing. Flavor: Light maltiness with a touch of biscuit. Citrus, and a very light hoppiness. Light sourness to the beer. Clean, crisp finish. Very light bitterness. Palate: Light bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Neither bad or good. Very safe beer.

Bottle with a full 12.7 oz. Poured golden at first until the sediment dropped into my glass and hazed it up a bit. No head. Light aroma with hints of citrus and malt. The flavor has what tastes like a wheat note along with pale malts. There’s a light bitterness that takes you from start to finish with some lemon and other vague bitter notes. Easy drinking lawnmower type beverage that ends a bit on the dry side.
