Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Good clean tasting beer, similar to CUB’s beers, enjoyable but for the price, i reckon you’re better off with a Carlton Draught.

Decent color. Malty nose. Initial taste of sweet malts. Hops are somewaht lacking and grassy in barely perceptible taste. Not a terribly enjoyable brew.

1st half clear golden second half clouded with yeast. Not a bad beer but sure as hell not a pale ale. There isn’t much flavor, which is to say no bad off tastes. No hops to speak of and just a bit watery. No very special.

Breadie-wheat nose. Dirty apricot body – cloudy with chunks. Flavor of spice, wheat and a touch of green apple.

Minimal head, bright golden color, beautiful appearance. Sweetish yeasty aroma. Very little flavor other than bitterness of the hops, traces of fruit and yeast. Bitterness and carbonation linger on the tongue afterwards. I think that this is a damn good blond ale. It’s extremely light, but has enough flavor and hop character to make me want another. Actually, I could probably happily drink 10 of these on my day off. Not too challenging, this is a really nice beer for daily drinking.

The aroma is not very hoppy, which is now explained by it not being a pale ale. Pretty tasty overall though, just not what I expected or wanted.

Poured hazy medium yellow colour..Not alot of head at all, VERY mininal lacing, seems to have low carbonation, so it goes down very easy, has a pleasing bitterness, and the faint honey-apple smell makes this a nice all around beer. nice aftertaste too...A good brew.
