Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Poured hazy medium yellow colour..Not alot of head at all, VERY mininal lacing, seems to have low carbonation, so it goes down very easy, has a pleasing bitterness, and the faint honey-apple smell makes this a nice all around beer. nice aftertaste too...A good brew.

12 oz. botle. Pale yellow pour, medium white head. Light citrus aroma, maybe some faint spicy ops. Quite clean, light to medium body, well carbonated.. Lightly sweet, balanced with some bitter lemon. Refreshing, easily drinkable.

Small head, cloudy light orange body. Floral, sweet aromas. Lively carbonation, clean but not much flavor, mildly bitter finish.

Poured from a bottle into 12 once. This beer pours a beautiful cloudy straw colour (wihtout needing to agitate the yeast at the bottom). A nice beer served at Australian-style temperatures. Disappointing in bottle compared to a kegged version in my opinion. Being bottle conditioned, I find the quality can vary somewhat - wiht it occasionally tasting a little yeasty even on tap. Getting the bottom of the keg at a pub with this brew is an especially interesting experience.

The 12 ounce bottle poured a very hazy golden colored beverage with a fair amount of small particulate matter floating around because it is bottle conditioned. The head was small, white and on the fizzy side and mostly diminishing leaving almost no lacing on the glass. The aroma was quite sweet with a strong impression of bubble gum and light notes of roasted grain and floral hops. The body was medium light with good carbonation and a slightly watery texture. Surprisingly, the flavor started off with a light bitterness - no hint of the bubble gum sweetness in the taste. It was crisp and slightly dry. The finish was medium to long with the light bitterness lasting throughout.

Bottle. Interesting one to rate after having drunk so very very much of it in the past. Pretty high carbonation, can taste the cloudiness, bit of citrus, mild bitterness. Always a decent option at the pub, but after a few I’m usually keen to switch to something else.

Bottle. hazy golden colour with a medium mostly lasting creamy head. Aroma and taste of malts and fruits with a semi-bitter finish. Good session beer.
