Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

This pale ale is bottle fermented leaving a cloudy golden appearance once poured, nose is made of floral, fruity notes with a hint of wheat possibly. The taste isn’t quite as strong as i had thought, slightly fruity with a little sweetness and a touch of yeast in the aftertaste.

Had this a couple times in Ireland. First time kinda sucked and was past date, but the second bottle I had wasnt too bad. Pours a hazy copper color with a thin lasting off white head. Aroma is herbal and lightly fruity/cirtus hops with a tea-like character as well. Flavor is lgihtly sweet with caramel malts with a decent hop backbone. Gets a little yeasty in the end. Fermentation might have been off?

Little-sized white head. Light golden color, almost shows through. Smooth and simple cereal smell. Astringent. Sweet and frutal taste. Frutal notes get stronger when temperature increases. Pleasing creamy texture.

Bottle picked up at Waitrose, Witney 10th July 2006. Beer poured quite a cloudy murky golden colour, bit on the fizzy side, aroma a bit musty and citrusy, beer is fine but not particularly impressive some hoppiness but not much to write home about.

Very cloudy, golden yellow pour. small head but hangs on pretty well. Has a fruity aroma, citrus tones, not much hop. A so-so ale.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy, minimal head but lots of bubbles. Fruity hoppy aromas. A little sweet, a little bitter.

12oz bottle pours cloudy golden with a short white head that stayed pretty well. Aromas of light citrus, some pale malts, and yeast. Flavor is mostly light grapefruit, some yeast, and light grains. Palate is light and carbonated fairly well. Drinkable but nothing outstanding here...

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow\gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, and yeast. Flavor is weak, citrus, fruit, and slight bitter hops in the finish. Thin watery body, drinkable brew, but easily forgetable.
