Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Bottle from John’s Market. Crisp yellow. Very thin head kept alive by strong carbonation. Almost no aroma. Minimal flavour as well. Light yeast flavour with some bread and grass. Uninspired but it was a long voyage and who knows how long it sat before adoption.

Pours pale yellow w/ a shallow, spritzy froth. Aroma is malted skunk. Light nectar w/ soft residual effers. Flavors are crisp and light with a skunky character. Overall: Not much better than MGD and the 10$ price tag is insane.

Thin white head that dissipates quickly leaving no lacing. Nice golden hue with specks of sediment floating about. A little hazy but not completely as I didn’t pour all of the yeast into the glass. Nice bready yeast smell with a small hidden citrus hint. Nice hops taste but surprisingly not too bitter. Smooth feel with a sweet but disappointing finish. Worth a try but nothing spectacular.

Light gold with only a thin ring of foam; a little cloudy. No bitterness like an American pale ale. Light hop aroma and very light hops in the flavor. Very much a session beer; easy to drink and nothing offensive about it. No alcohol in aroma or flavor. Pleasant enough but too expensive for what it is.

BCA (from Tescos, BBE Sep 07). Light malts a little peachiness and faint hops. Fairly drinkable with a lagery feel. Adding the yeast mutes the flavours a little but still easy to drink.

Dark yellow colroed, hazy appearance with vanishing white head. Malts, sweetness, honey, citrus and some yeast in aroma. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is dryer with some yeast and citrus tones, aftertaste lasts with dryness and yeast.
