Jul 15, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy gold color with a thick, frothy white head. Tastes more like a lager than an ale. Light to medium bodied. Easy on the palate. Not very distinguished. Rather bland.

Jun 26, 2009 12 oz bottle from hotel minibar in Adelaide. Heavyily matly sweet nose, taste is crisp and bitter, but the sweet malt really overdoes the rest. There are good flavors there, they’re just all over the place. Could be better with some attention. Beats the hell out of the rest of the minibar choices, so good on that.

Jun 25, 2009 12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy butterscotch color with a medium head. Good head retention and fair lacing. Aroma is bready with faint citrus hops. Taste is very dry.... pale malts, bread, caramel, light hop notes. Medium bodied. Fairly odd one.

Jun 22, 2009 Clear golden with a thin white fizz. Aroma of light pale malts, hay, florals, grass but watery. Taste is pale malts, a touch of caramel sweetness, grassy malt finish.
