Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, not much head. Sweet malty aroma with some caramellish hints. Hoppy and malty flavour with some bready hints. Bitter finish and aftertaste. A bit dry finish.

A fizzy white head and a hazy straw beer isn’t a pretty one that’s for sure. Nose is yeasty hay. Taste is similar. Not bitter, not sweet. Nice and malty, Clean up front but lingers rather sadly as old hay. I like the yeastiness, but not much else. Extra credit for being a classic brewery and brew.

Bottled. Hazy straw colour. Grassy with bready malt aroma. Dryish with typical Copper’s yeast character and crystal malt flavour. Well balanced with medium bitterness. Copper’s house flavour really makes their beer unique. I like that!

Golden coloured beer with minimal head formation. Very cloudy when swirled and puired into a glass. Has the aroma of fresh fermenting beer. Very yeasty with nice malt characters. Some citrusy hop aroma. Some yeasty flavours, aswell as some nice malt flavours. No real hop characteristics but well balanced bitterness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Great bottle conditioned Aussie ale.

This beeers looks good in the glass, having a mid golden colour with a tinge of red. The aroma and flavour were dominated by a resinous hop character. It was pleasant enough in the mouth having a light sourness throughout. An indifferent beer that failed to excite

Bottle: Pours deep golden yellow/orange color. Has minimal to no lacing, carbination and/or head. Smells of cereal, fruity/cirtus and malts. Has a plesant mouthfeel, kind of carbinated with a tart begining that lightens on finish, a little watery. It has a very dry, almost "ice" quality about it. I like it although I feel like its a lager.

Bottled (BB 10/2006)
Hazy orange colour, small white - mostly vanishing - head. Malty, bready nose. Watery, light bodied. Refreshing, hefeweizen-like flavor. More sourish than bitter. (5/3/4/2/9 2.3)
Re-rated bottle (BB 10/2006)
Hazy orange color, small steady white head, lots of floating yeast. Aroma is yeasty with fruity notes, a bit like apple cider feeling here. Quite watery palate, malty, hoppy, a bit sweet. Fruity, mildly hoppy aftertaste. Light but balanced. (5/3/7/3/12 3.0)

Bottled. Hazy amber coloured with a small fast disappearing head. Aroma of hops with malty and fruity notes. Watery fruity flavour with notes of hops and malts. Not very interesting.
