Commercial Description:
Bottle & keg; Unfiltered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast.
"With its fruity character, and robust flavour, Coopers Pale Ale is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the 'Burton-on-Trent' style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance. This cloudy residue can be stirred through the beer by tipping or rolling the bottle before drinking."

Fizzy amber ale, no head at all. Loads of banana and tropical fruit flavours very sweet and a little sickly. Pretty crazy light and fruity in the mouth too. Satsumas and hints of mango. Very little hop character at all, maybe the tiniest hint at the back of the mouth. A little too fizzy for me too. I’m not a huge fan.

Bottle. Pours with a small frothy white head and a slightly hazy yellow amber coloured body. A subtle lemon citrus hoppy aroma and subdues malt sweetness. A simple thirst quenching ale.

12oz bottle from the Wine Rack in Midland, TX. Pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is bready and malty with some faint hops. Flavor is malty with some light hop bitterness with some hops. Really poor pale ale and very forgetable.

bottle. Pours a hazy, faded yellow with a nice white head. Nose is weak bread and straw. Taste is grain with slight lemon. Mouthfeel is thin and watery, with lots of carbonation. A slight hop bitterness at the finish. Definitely forgettable.

Bottle... Poured a cloudy yellow-orange with a tiny white head that diminished immediately. Fruit juice aroma with cracker-like malts. Dry palate with lots of carbonation, an awkward hop presence that tasted like tortilla chips. Fruity notes that meshed with malts towards the finish. Such an awful brew for such a simple recipe.

Straw pour, solid 1cm head which lasts forever! Loads of fine carbonation. Aroma is weak, mostly grainy malt, with some very faint hops. Bready malt dominates taste, with some lemon and sweet pear. Lacking in bitterness. Very watery, too much carbonation.

375ml bottle. Poured a pale hazy and cloudy colour with mild carbonation and a good steady stream of bubbles rising to the top. A thin veil fo foam sat nicely and then disappeared. Aroma of hops and malt - nothing too distinguishable. Clean and crisp in the mouth with a refreshing mild bitterness that lingered on the palate. Some sediment left in the bottle after pouring. Could easily drink more than one.
