Faintly aromatic with dusty grains and mild hops. Bitterness detectable in the flavor over a lagered base. Side by side with Boag’s Lager, I didn’t like Cooper’s as much, although either is a better choice than Foster’s.

This beer had enough bite to be decent, but was otherwise forgetable. Was also a new venture for Cooper’s who have more or less been an Ale brand.
The drop is a top one and goes down with ease, very nice lager. thegreenrooster (1842), St.louis, Missouri, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 14, 2007 The aroma is light but it has malt and grassy hops. There is no skunk or adjunct detectable. The appearance is pale gold with a two finger head. The flavor is not very sweet. It has some malt but it’s mostly mild and bitter. The palate is thin to the point of almost being watery and the aftertaste is slightly bitter. This is as clean tasting as it gets for a beer. Super easy to drink without knowing you even had a beer. mybrainhurts (214), North Dakota, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 28, 2007 First off, I wasnt expecting much from this beer, but it surprised me a little. It wasnt bad. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Nothing special to look at. Aromas were unimpressive, a little grain and corn, just a flutter of cinnamon. The flavor was easy drinking and unoffensive. tastes like a pale lager, grainy with some subtle hops. Might be good coming in from a hot day in the sun. sneagrams3 (1759), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Grainy bready nose. Crisp aromas. Light to medium bodied with a dry palate and crisp effervencence. Easy and smooth with a light malt flavor. Slight dry hop flavor. Ever so slight citrus note. Moderate lager. Crisp dry and refreshing.
