Sour and sickly nose. Pours pale orange/gold. Flavour is ok with a lot of cereal and some finishing bitterness. This is basically a slightly better-than-average lager from a brewery that tends to do more than ’slightly’ better-than-average beers.

Bottle -- Life’s full of little mysteries. Like how did the brewers of the simply superb Little Creatures Pale Ale manage to produce the simply forgettable Little Creatures Pilsner? Or how did the brewers of the excellent Coopers Sparkling Ale and the even better Coopers Best Extra Stout manage to make Coopers Premium Lager? Pours with a negligible head with next to no retention and no lacing. Aroma is yeasty and skunky. More yeast in the flavour without much in the way of bitterness. Not bad mouthfeel.

Flavor and aroma of skunk/gasoline/rubber. This beer is not even in a green bottle but it has that distinctive green bottle taste. Some light malt under the skunkiness, soapy-tasting carbonation.

Real Aussie Lager Brewed In Australia. Clear gold. Modest, frothy, bright white head. Nose of crisp grains and subtle hops and subtle skunk. Skunk goes away in the flavor, which is also crisp grain and light hops, not bad. Very simple, but not bad. Light and well carbonated on the palate. Very drinkable lawnmower beer.

Yeasty, somewhat Belgian/weissy aroma. Cereal, a little chemical, tangy, medium bittering. Lingering lager bitter finish.

Poured from the bottle a standard golden color with lots of bubbles. Taste was smooth and crisp with no other dominating characteristics. A small hoppy finish but nothing too strong. A mediocre beer in pretty much all regards.

Off-gold that seems to be thinking about yellow, fair bubbly head. Appears to be the vaguest hint of citric hops in the nose, plus some sliced white bread. Flavor starts with a weird hint of smoke (?). A bit sticky, husky and tart, weird on the palate and gets kinda disgusting. Something about this makes me want to vomit, must be the spoiled mushroom POR hops.
