| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 12, 2007 Straw color with a tall, bubbly off-white head. Dry grain and light floral hops aromas. For boasting all malt, they sure don’t let the flavors come out. Flour past flavors along with a a nondescript hops flavor, perhaps a bit herbal if anything. LIght sweetness in the finish followed by a rather dull bitterness that seems to coat the mouth. a touch of husky grains long into the linger. Nothing to get excited about. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 6, 2007 Nice clean light lager aroma; definitely low on hop. Burnished brass color with a quickly dissipating white head. Starts with carbonation and then such a light malt as to be hardly noticeable. The finish leaves light bitterness along the edges of the tongue. Mouthfeel is quite firm, especially when the carbonation is being swished out in the mouth. These guys are good. After awhile the mouth bitterness is reminiscent of a Pilsner. Hops seem to accumulate. This lager will not be one of the two out of three that finishes in the sink drain. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA

The body was a medium gold with a thin white head on top. The aroma had some grainy corn and a little bit of cabbage. The taste had some bitter potato and nice grassy notes. This is good as an ice cold thirst quencher. Pretty good for a pale lager. Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance: Clean well toned gold lager with bright white mid top. 3+ Nose: Light bitter fruity front with pale grainy malt. Generic. Flavor/Palate : medium light bodied. More refreshing than aroma . Crisper with light pale malts but decently shown. Mineral wet leaf bitter slight hoping that leaves mar on lips. As it goes with times this lager grows on you. Simple with subtle qualities often overlooked. As pale lagers go this was good choice.
