Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

smells a little bit like grapes and alcohol and some lemon candy. tastes of lemon, apples, straw grassy, and then a little bit of ripe apple with the sediment stirred up. dark golden with almost no head. a poppy mouthfeel. if it was a tiny bit sweeter it would be much nicer with the flavours. but still a nice beer

golden with mild white head. not much nose. just a very mild malt flavor, which is similar to the mild hop component; just a little bitterness, nothing else. the mouthfeel does have some depth to it, which is nice. the problem with this is the lack of flavor, there just isn’t enough malt or hop component to make it worthwhile

Bottle at Coco’s Outback, Amsterdam. Hazy body with bigger head than the others. Sweet and fruity nose. Roasted malt and sugary flavour with some hops as well. Easy to finish. Nice.

Cloudy, yeasty. Crisp, yeasty and hoppy aroma. Light in the mouth, with a bit of honey and decent hops. Slightly spicy, very dry and unique. nice stuff.

Bottle. Hazy straw pour with a decent sized head. A little floral on the nose -- smells like yeast. Slightly roasted on the palate. Not a lot here but refreshing. I agree with the reviewer before me -- light simple and easy.

Light, sweet malt, lite cereal, simple and easy. Don’t expect massive flavor, and make sure to swirl the sediment before drinking. Drinks much better on a hot day.

This amber ale poured with a thick off-white head and a yellow apple aroma. There is a decent roasted malt flavor with some hop bitterness at the finish.
