Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Just average overall, a good beer but nothing stood out as spectacular with this beer. Definately a good and worthy beer but if you are looking for uniqueness you will not find it here.

Pours very cloudy gold with a very modest head and few lacings. Taste is mildly bitter hops and a fair amount of sweet malts. A mildly lemony, grassy tang. Low carbonation. I have enjoyed a couple of other Coopers products and this has been a bit of a letdown.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a orange/yellow, hazy, with too much sediment floating around, short lived white head. Aroma of mild lemon, similar to a wheat beer. Flavor has a slight tang and bitterness. Mothfeel is light-medium with high carbonation...Overall, I think I got an old bottle......

Pours orange yellow with a small, short lived head. Bready, slightly sour aroma. The flavour was a bit fruity, but unpleasantly sour. Watery.

An ideal beer for any season, or session for that matter. A lovely hazy gold that is quite a contrast to the average Aussie brew, a dense white head tops off the pour. Aroma is not very aggresive , yeasty and lemony are perhaps my best descriptions. Medium body and very drinkable.

Bottle: Cloudy amber orange color with white head. Fresh hoppy fruity aroma. Sparkling fruity hoppy malty taste. Citrus and hoppy finish
