Jul 26, 2008 The beer pours a hazy orange amber color with a thin white head that disappeared quickly. The nose was slightly grassy with a light maltyness. The taste is light with a very carbonated mouth feel. I was so looking forward to this beer and was let down.

Jul 26, 2008 Updated: Sep 5, 2008This 12.7 oz bottle is an interestingly shaped brown with a twist off cap.Pleasant yeasty olfactory. In the looks department, if starts off pale yellow but then morphs into a beautiful swirling hazy chunky gunk laden brew from the sludge on the bottom. It looks like there is a teaspoon of pepper in the bottom of my drink. Very nice carbonation, and I like it. Its creamy and fizzy yet very enjoyable. The look of this stuff sitting in the glass is somewhat viscous with the slowly rising carbonation. Pale ale bite of hops. Linger after each sip. Finish is lingering bitter on the back of the throat. IMHO a good example of an ale. You’d never know this stuff was close to 6% in alky, way too laid back.

Jul 22, 2008 A hazy/unclear golden colored beer, with a nice foamy white head. It disappears soon. The aroma is fresh, fruity like citrus. It’s also light floral. The taste of fruity citrus with a nice bitterness. The bitterness stays for awhile. Not bad at all.

Jul 21, 2008 Sparkling Ale? Tasty beer, but I’m certain it would make me sick if I was to drink more than a couple. Seems to be very high in carbonation. Tastes more like club soda than beer.

Jul 5, 2008 Coopers Sparkling Ale pours a cloudy and sedimented orange with a good sized head. The aroma is nothing to write home about just a touch of malt. The taste is also disappointing with a light malt and hop flavors. I would not recommend this brew.

Jun 30, 2008 Quite impressed with this brew. Served cold it has a nice sediment to it that gives it good hoppy flavors. A very good brew in the afternoon.

Jun 29, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy golden pour with a white head. Mild citrus aroma lies over other sweeter fruit notes. Taste is mild, a little sweetness and some fruit notes up front with light bitter finish. A decent beer.
