Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

...draft and bottle. Pours a cloudy golden, highly carbonated, especially on draft. Has a decent off white head that is mostly lasting. Good fruity hop notes, with some yeast hints, decently flavorful from the bottle conditioning. Not as good as the Pale ale, but still not too bad when there’s nothing else good on draft. Finishes yeasty

Pours a curious goledn slightly pale, slightly clear, color, with suspended bubbles. Very intersting. Usually, beer bubble rise to the top, but these are filling the glass and satay put, a unique phenomenom. Lots of funnt littke brown flecks floating around in the glass. I’m almost arfraid to drink it, something looks wildly wromg. Tastes like good malt, slightly fizzy and good. The appearance is still slightly disturbing. Looks like effluent. I would buy again exept for the appearance.

A great beer with asian food, as the malty sweetness and a slightly higher alcohol gives it what it needs to balance the spices

12 oz. bottle. Clear, light yellow color. Rice, wet straw, hint of honey in the aroma. Active carbonation. Body is a bit bland. Fruity, earthy grass in the flavor. Finish is crisp and dry.

Pours a lite yellow but kind not at all clear. Lots of action going on when you look at it. There is a bunch of sediment dancing around in it. Aroma is grassy and so is the flavor. The supposed fruit flavor is not coming through. Sadly, because it really needs something extra.

Bottle. Hoppy, grassy aroma, surprisingly strong but still not much elevated over average homebrew. Sickly golden pour with a whitish head. Crisp (sparkling!) body, weak malt base with a nice bready aftertaste. No real sweetness or bitterness, just some vague bready dryness. Touch of angular fruitiness thankfully does not lead to apple juice. Just nothing here.

Thin hazy yellow pour (sediment at work) with white head. Pale aroma of rice and wheat. I wouldn’t say full bodied but kind of light and dry. Some sweetness and pretty good carbonation throughout. Would try this again.
