Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Bottle->English pint: Pours a spare head, provides no lacing, and has an orange body that is hazy. There is some caramel and a tad of citrus aroma and not much else. The duration of the flavor is longer than average, mildly sweet, heavily acidic, and perhaps finishes with a vinegar taste. The body is medium, the texture is sticky, and it is averagely carbonated and bitter. Not a horrible beer, but it could be a lot better, especially since Outback goes out of their way to pour this the correct (brewer specified) way such that the sediment is excited prior to popping the cap. All-in-all, not a bad beer for Australia.

Foamy white head, see through orange coloring, smells like Miller Lite, poor lacing, lingering bad after taste. Taste of some hops, some bitterness.

12oz Bottle – Gravity Room – Olympia, WA
Aroma – Light malt aroma with very little hops in the nose.
Appearance – Straw golden color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor – Had a basic light Ale flavor with very little hops .
Palate – Dry Mouthfeel, nice texture. .
Overall – A good lawnmower beer this was light and refreshing and easy to drink.

12oz body split with JRedmond. Beautiful pour which is inviting. Taste is not overwhelmingly carbonated which the name could suggest. Light and refreshing, very solid.

Upfront lemon and a twinge of grass -subdued apple essence, just enough there to hint its presence. "Sparkling’ moniker not really indicative of reality; I thought it would be over carbonated but turns out its just about right. Nice malt background, very light grainy taste but nothing too dominant. Light and refreshing drink - very enjoyable.

12 oz bottle split with Pwn3d. Body is murky/hazy orange - like a hefe. There is no distinct aroma, maybe a hint of metal. The taste is not bad, but not great. The nose is malty, slight hop somewhere in there.

Bottle. This stuff ain’t very good. There’s some grassiness and some citrus (lemon?) . Absolute garbage/cabbage thing also, yum.

(Bottle) Bright white head that disappeared almost immediately. Very effervescent and smells of honey, malt, and pine. Well balanced hop bitterness, not overly sweet. Easily a multiple beer beer.
