Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

12 oz bottle split with Pwn3d. Body is murky/hazy orange - like a hefe. There is no distinct aroma, maybe a hint of metal. The taste is not bad, but not great. The nose is malty, slight hop somewhere in there.

Bottle. This stuff ain’t very good. There’s some grassiness and some citrus (lemon?) . Absolute garbage/cabbage thing also, yum.

(Bottle) Bright white head that disappeared almost immediately. Very effervescent and smells of honey, malt, and pine. Well balanced hop bitterness, not overly sweet. Easily a multiple beer beer.

This is a nice, fairly complex and tasty, but light and refreshing ale. It is darkish gold, cloudy, with a decent white head that steadily thins to a wispy head and ring. The aroma is grain, piney hops, yeast, with hints of citrus and fruit. It has a light body yet full and complex palate, and complex mixtures of grain and citrus, with hints of bubblegum and fruit appearing near the end, before a long, toasted grain finish. It is crisp and light but the flavour is strong. There is light sweetness nicely balanced with bitterness and a light hoppy bite.

375ml Bottle: Smells of malts and honey. Poured honey brown/gold in color with a small white head that diminished quickly. Cloudy. Tons of large and small particles. Medium bitter flavor of yeast and malts. Medium body. Sticky texture. Average to lively carbonation. Bitter, yeasty finish.

(Bottle) Pours a golden color with a small white head. Light aroma of sweet malts. Taste includes crisp hoppy notes as well. High carbonation... almost too much. Light body and pretty average mouthfeel. High drinkability, and good for the style.
