Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Bottled @ Asterix, Sao Paulo. A copper beer with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Taste is fruity and malty with notes of honey. Medium bitterness and high carbonation.

Pours cloudy orange -- like tangerine juice. Aroma is of light fruits -- peaches and apricots. The flavour is quite a bit more subdued. There is a mild caramel sweetness -- somewhat fruity, a large dose of effervescence, and an unpleasant medicine like quality along with the alcohol. Medium bodied. Looks great, smells good, but the flavour is lacking.

PoR hops stand out in this one. Bready quality which is a Coopers trademark. A fairly unique brew from one of the best breweries in Australia.

Poured a cloudy pale orange/golden color with white head that dissipated rather quickly. Aroma was not real strong, but smelled faintly of hops. Flavor was malty and simple. Not a complex beer and not offensive. Mouthfeel was good. Okay, but nothing I would seek out again.

Pours with little head and is cloudy gold. Nice apple and lemony honey aromas. Very refreshing palate with a nice dry crisp finish.

Pours a pale yellowish color, slightly cloudy with no head to speak of. Smell is almost non-existant, but nicely of hops. Flavor is pretty hopsy, mostly of citrus, and a little bit malty. Fairly highly carbonated, but a little bit watery.
