It was one of those beers that is multi faceted. It changed personalities as it warmed. There was a nice hop bitterness by the end of the glass. mannika (105), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma is slightly hoppy, but is quite subtle. Also notice a bit of a sweet, fruity nose, like apple and cinnamon. Flavour is surprisingly sweet with a slight fruity, sour note. Finish is clean and slightly bitter. Overall quite a nice mix of flavours. AaronBouchard (133), Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada

Doesnt pour much of a head but it is a refreshing yeasty tasting brew. Very clowdy dark yellow color that is not trasparent. Has mild sweetness to it. Good ale something about the bottle frementation that makes it seem natural to me.

Slightly hazy, orange light brown body with lots of quick-rising tiny bubbles and a short medium-lasting foamy white head. Flavour is initially yeasty toast, finishes sweeter. Medium body is gravelly. Eventually yields to grosser skunkier traits. downender (2633), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Apr 14, 2007 750 ml bottle. Slightly hazy, golden colour with a thin short-lasting head. Aroma of honey and pears. Subtle flavour of cane sugar with a long, fairly bitter finish. Enjoyable. desurfer (1068), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 14, 2007 Pours a clouded golden amber with chunks of sediment floating about. The head is thin and chunky. Aroma is slight and mildly hoppy. Flavor is sweet but on the bland side, with low to moderate hoppiness. Somewhat boring overall. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 7, 2007 Poured a cloudy yellow with small white head. Aroma of yeast, honey, a bit of bubble gum, some light fruit. Flavor is lightly sweet and dry with notes of bubble gum, banana, and toffee leading to a semi-dry, yeasty finish. A bit too much of that bubble-gum fruitiness without any nice hop bit to keep this from breaking out of the ranks of the mediocre for me. marchcow (664), Coralville, Iowa, USA
