| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 15, 2007 Bottle, poured medium gold with a few bubbles,
malty and sweet fragrances, candy fruit, vanilla like fragrances,
little grassy fragrance, some pilsner aroma,
taste of a sourness and bitterness on the tongue with every drink,
taste of pale malt, medium carbonation in the mouth, dry on the palate,
when I poured the sediment in, I get a faint soapy bread taste?
I think the sediment dulls the flavor and fragrance of the brew,
I think this is a good session brew.

Smooth light fruity scent. Full and yet spritzy mouthfeel. Good balance of malts, hops and fruitiness. Medium high bitterness. My first beer from Coopers and I like it! | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 2, 2007 This is a really nice looking beer. I love the sediment, in fact one day I might save the bottom fifth of 5 bottles and see what kind of beer that makes. There is something in this beer that gets on my nerves after about 4-5 of them.
