Light to medium nectar w/ ample residual effers. Flavors are crip and clean w/ a moderate malt backbone finishing w/ a crisp bitterness. A simple, well balanced, likable brew for a warm day. sersdf (1000), chicago, Illinois, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 26, 2006 Bottle: slightly cloudy yellow-gold colour with a short-lived white head an heavy carbonation; yeasty smell and taste with a hint of apple, prickly in the mouth with some lingering bitterness. Much better than the typical Australian lagers available in the UK. SledgeJr (2963), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 25, 2006 In the bottle at Jackson’s on George. Oh to have a Coopers in Oz! Well, at least I thought it might be one of those things like Guiness where it would be life-changing in its country of origin. Not so much. It tastes pretty much the same as it does in the midwest. Not a bad beer, just not definitive. Skidds (252), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 21, 2006 Pours a cloudy dark yellow. Generous, but quick to dissolve white head. Medium bodied with a spicy, yeastly flavour. Australia can brew a fine ale, no doubt about it. Borup (1359), Albertslund, Denmark

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 12, 2006 Quickly dissipating head with a body full of yeasty speckles. Smelled and tasted extremely yeasty with some wheat flavor. Finish is somewhat bitter. Nice brew overall, but nothing special. stubby (326), Santee, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Nov 9, 2006 A real quencher. Exploding with yeasty goodness, not terribly unlike a hefe, but not as spicy or fruity. I found its dry effervescence wonderful after a chicken dinner. Interesting and unique.
