Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

The pour is copperish with a small white head. Slight fruity aroma with some malt and a flavor that is mild with some hops and a touch of malty sweetness.

Pours a cloudy yellow, similar to a hefe without the fluffy head. I had a hard time places the tastes. I detect a flavor that is almost like sweet bread along with some citrus notes. Very unique tasting, I was pleasantly surprised.

Pours a hazy pale copper with a very dense ivory head. Lots of yeast floaties in there. No real lace. Smells of sweet herbs and lemon. Grassy and bright malt. Sweetish. Taste is sweet and light citrusy fruit. Orange rind. Light but strident herbal bitterness. Crisp and sweet. Easy drinker, good hot weather beer. Really tasty and surprisingly good.

Cloudy, golden copper. Not much head, nice malty aroma and a great bitter backbone. Bready, fruity flavor and a great sturdy body. Good stuff.
