Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours copper\gold with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, citrus, and sweet malts. The flavor is fruit, citrus, with a bitter finish. Average beer.

Pours a cloudy yellow, similar to a hefe without the fluffy head. I had a hard time places the tastes. I detect a flavor that is almost like sweet bread along with some citrus notes. Very unique tasting, I was pleasantly surprised.

Pours a hazy pale copper with a very dense ivory head. Lots of yeast floaties in there. No real lace. Smells of sweet herbs and lemon. Grassy and bright malt. Sweetish. Taste is sweet and light citrusy fruit. Orange rind. Light but strident herbal bitterness. Crisp and sweet. Easy drinker, good hot weather beer. Really tasty and surprisingly good.

Cloudy, golden copper. Not much head, nice malty aroma and a great bitter backbone. Bready, fruity flavor and a great sturdy body. Good stuff.

Sedimented with a dull copper color. Sparse white head. Fruity nose. Lively and spicy. Light malt. Tangy hops. Slight orange and pepper flavors. Bright and lively. Apples and cinnamon. Melons and bready wheat.

Big fan of this beer, can be explained in short by calling it cooper pale on steriods. Its similar but better, such as the abundance of flavour mainly fruity (tropical) with a balance of some yeast and even caramel. Appearance is slightly darker than its pale ale relative.

Cloudy golden, imal head. Heavily carbonated and full of brown and white sediment, which settles quickly. Not a lot going on, taste-wise. A little citrus, a little bitter. Not bad, but nothing special.
