Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Bottle. Slightly sweet malty aroma. Cloudy pale orange body, small disappearing white head. Flavor is mild, pleasant (except for some metallic notes), and with a nice touch of sweetness. Not especially impressive in the flavor department, but certainly sparkling, and very refreshing.

Bottle. The aroma is fruity-yeasty, light malty. The head is small, white and milky with a short duration. The body is light cloudy and yellow. The first taste is light bitter, the finish is light metallic but not too much. The body is dry and a little bit creamy with a light body and a lot of carbonation. A good beer for the summer.

Bottle 0,375l. Golden colored. An OK creamy head. Malty aroma with fruity hints. Strong malty flavor with some sweet fruit. A sourish aftertaste with a dry bitter finish. Unclear last pour. KI=5

From bottle. Rich malty aroma with nice sweet pilsner base with light fruity character. Very little hops to it, but pleasant. Mild tea. Medium golden amber body with some light chunkies. Thin white head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet with a nice rich malty character. Pilsner malt with light beany hop character. Not bitter in any regard, with light oxidized flavor and some fruity character. A bit watery but tasty nonetheless. Nice blonde.

Pours milky gold with a fine particulate and a 1 finger creamy white head that has somewhat poor retention but fades to a skim that leaves some small lacing. Aroma is sour grainy malt, planty hops, apple, straw and floral hops. Flavor is grainy, slightly metallic hops, apple, lots of "english" hop notes, some grass and hints of lemon zest. Palate is medium thickness, highly carbonated and has a slightly slick neutral finish. Not bad but really doesn’t do much for me.

Should be drank from a bottle.Hazy, nice flavor, and just sparkly enough (as the name suggests). Overall very nice. The best Australian beer.

12.7 oz bottle. Poured a hazy amber color with a thin off white head. The aroma was fruity with floral notes and citrus notes. The flavor was pretty malty, with an overcarbonated mouthfeel.
