Initially a sweet orange rind-prune flavor that quickly changes to a strong hops bitterness. Full bodied with light astringency. Favorably comparable to Belgian strong ales - extremely well blended.

Aug 28, 2005 A hazy orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of caramel and a dry end, but surprisingly I find the mouthfeel somewhat watery.

Aug 20, 2005 Muddy orange/brown. Thin white head. Sweet-ish, almondy, slight alcoholic nose. Acidic flavour. Somewhat papery. Watery mouthfeel. A little harsh bitterness in finish.
