thegreenrooster (1811), St.louis, Missouri, USA Oct 13, 2008 Pour is a bright cloudy yellow with a large with head. Aroma is not much but some citrus zest. Flavor is kinda weak and watery with a little citrus at the end. The least liked at coopersmiths. BlackDonald (1127), Boise, Idaho, USA Jul 29, 2008 This one has a really interesting nose, the chamomile is really apparent, with some spicy white pepper and mustard seed notes. Yeasty spice dominates the palate, but this is still very light and refreshing with lively carbonation. Great on a hot day like this. BlackForestCO (819), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA Dec 27, 2007 On tap at the brew pub. Poured a hazy golden-orange color with a frothy white head. Aroma of orange and coriander among other spices. Pretty average wit taste, orange peel, coriander, wheat, and other yeasty spices dominate the taste. Nice, lively carbonation that bites the palate and keeps you coming back for more. It isn’t an out of this world wit, but it is solid and nice on a hot day. CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA Dec 16, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Pale golden pour has a wispy-lacing froth of white head. Citrusy coriander nose has a pale malty sweetness and authentic lightly doughy Belgian yeast. Body starts with a refreshing light sweetness and crisp, mild orange and lemon citrus balance. A nice witbier, although it could use a little more body. goldtwins (4079), Nesconset, New York, USA Nov 1, 2007 Tap @ CooperSmiths: Poured a hazy light pale yellow color with a small white head. Wheaty citrus aroma with a hint of clove. the wheaty flavor had lemons and oranges. Light spice and a hint of banana. Semi-dry with a lively mouthfeel. Light body and very refreshing. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/14/2007

luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA Jul 22, 2006 Draught at the brewery. Beer is a murky light dirtyyellow with a small, white, frothy, mostly diminishing head.
The aroma is malty with a moderate note of toasted grain; Hoppy with light notes of lemon zest, herbal, and traces of heady asiatic lilly-like floral notes; Yeasty with a trace note of basement; :Light miscellaneous notes of spicy orange zest, corinader.
The flavor is lightly-to-moderately sweet, lightly acidic, with a lingering, trace bitter, moderately acidic, lightly astringent finish. Would like a little more complexity in the flavor—perhaps a bit more of a bitterness on the back end to clean things up a piece, but it’s not bad. Powerful floral retro—like having your nose in a bouqet for a split-second. Pretty.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fizzy.
Net: Refreshing and light, fizzy and joyful. Crosling (1854), Loveland, Colorado, USA Jul 1, 2005 Strange neon-yellowish color. Chamomile and little else in the aroma, perhaps some husky, grainy malts. Strange use of spice as it tastes like chamomile and ginger and skunky grains. Too sweet and it’s dry. Not good. I’m shocked they are even serving this stuff to be honest.
