Mild flavor initially, then a very pronounced sour lemon, soap and spiced pine flavor. Not getting the chamomile, though, only in the nose with a big floral coriander aroma. Good stuff. Body is cloudy and a very very light yellow, a great color. Taste is light, lemons and oranges dominate. Nice wheat taste, good finish. Very refreshing.
Rerate: I don’t know what they did to this beer in the last year or so, but it’s gone way downhill. Tastes like a ginger beer now, not even to style.
