Commercial Description:
This unique golden ale has a medium body, low hop bittterness and a rich hop flavor and aroma. The addition of a large amount of Golding and Cascade hops at the end of the boil is the key to this original beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden color with a decent white head. Aroma of fruits, apple or pear perhaps, and some hops. Entry is pretty muted with nothing much standing out, leading into a decent citrus hop flavor to finish. Not a bad beer, but it wasn’t my favorite.

On tap @ Coopersmiths poured a clear golden amber with a small lasting white head, leaving good lacing behind as you drink. Aromas of fruitiness, carmel and a hint of honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp yet smooth. Flavors of carmel and fruitiness with a crisp fruity finish.

Light Gold. Subtle aroma, more hoppy than anything else with a touch of pear, citrus and pepper. Dry, medicinal house character with an herbal, citrusy hop flavor and a touch of fruits and yeast. A pretty good beer.

Had a few of these while grading tests awhile back. Light golden in color, minimal head. A little too sweet, but has a nice malty body. Could use more hops. Good example of the Coopersmith’s house taste, and a good session beer.
