Aroma of fruits, apple or pear perhaps, and some hops. Entry is pretty muted with nothing much standing out, leading into a decent citrus hop flavor to finish. Not a bad beer, but it wasn’t my favorite. ratman197 (3199), Arvada, Colorado, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 8, 2007 On tap @ Coopersmiths poured a clear golden amber with a small lasting white head, leaving good lacing behind as you drink. Aromas of fruitiness, carmel and a hint of honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp yet smooth. Flavors of carmel and fruitiness with a crisp fruity finish. Crosling (1854), Loveland, Colorado, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 27, 2005 Light Gold. Subtle aroma, more hoppy than anything else with a touch of pear, citrus and pepper. Dry, medicinal house character with an herbal, citrusy hop flavor and a touch of fruits and yeast. A pretty good beer. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 19, 2005 Had a few of these while grading tests awhile back. Light golden in color, minimal head. A little too sweet, but has a nice malty body. Could use more hops. Good example of the Coopersmith’s house taste, and a good session beer.
