ratman197 (3139), Arvada, Colorado, USA Aug 15, 2009 On tap at Coopersmith poured a clear amber with a lasting off white head. Aromas of carmel, bread and light fruittiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of carmel, bread and a hint of spice with a crisp dry malty finish. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA Jul 15, 2006 Growler. Pours light brown with a nice white head. Aroma is some noble hops but mainly a dominant malt (think malt liqour). Taste is grassy hops up front, folowed by a nice mellow earthiness. Some subtle spices and even a nice light malt sweetness. Soft palate, bitter finish. Was fooled for a bit, thinking this was going to be a bad malt liqour.
