Oct 13, 2008 Pour is a clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is malty with seom grassyness. Flavor is a super nice bready malt with bitterness at the end. This was a very nice kolsch.

Dec 16, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Clear golden color has a thin ring of white head. Aroma of slightly sweet pale malt with some lager yeast profile and noble hops. Body starts slightly thin and fizzy, but true to style with a mild sweetness and slightly floral estery hop and yeast character. A decent Kölsch.

Aug 6, 2004 Clear yellow, foamy head. Very fruity and sweet. Very bitter for kolsh style. Came with some very pilsner-esk characteristics.
