Jul 29, 2008 Tap @ the brewpub - This was an interesting surprise. Light spice and honey aroma, with some light fruit skins. Floral and delicate, with sweet taste of honey and clove. Clean.

Jul 13, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Pours a very see through light yellow gold. Aroma of light spices doused with honey. Super delicate sweet taste with a blast of clover from all sides that takes over the sweetness of the mead into a clover brick in the finish. Hides the ABV almost too well! A tiny bit watery, but overall decent stuff.
