Commercial Description:
Our stout is full-bodied and dark. We use a generous amount of roasted malts to give this a hearty flavor. The use of oats in the mash gives our stout a creamy-mouth feel which is enhanced by a fine head from nitrogenation instead of carbonation. This beer is an acquired taste for the traditional American beer drinker but soon becomes a favorite for the adventuresome. 6.2% ABV

Tried this several times and have never been motivated to actually take notes of it. It’s your typical nitro dry stout, with a very subtle aroma, decent roast malt flavor and a watery texture.

Pours black with a brown head. Roasted malt aroma. Taste is chocolatey, full bodied and creamy. A little thin in the flavor though.

I kind of felt this was trying to be a dry stout. Very roast in that sense. A step ahead of other dry stouts in that it has a much maltier palate and is far from watery. Good dark color, nitro head. Fun stuff.

Black with light tan nitro head. Sweet milk and hop flavor, with maybe some milk chocolate and mint flavors as well. Watery thin but smooth, with a slightly dry finish. Undetectable aroma.

Gotta have the stout float for dessert...it put me under the table after a night of beer and food here.

Super-ultra-creamy tan head; super-dark mahogany-black. Smooth, soft, & creamy. Has somewhat of a spicy kick in the finish. Thick lace. Sweet coffee notes. Pretty tasty.

This is easily one of the best stouts I have had the pleasure of enjoying. Creamy, dark, rich and slightly sweet. Nice clean finish with a hint of acidic tartness. Served at the proper slightly chilled temperature. The perfect match for the incredible Pub Burger I had to accompany it.
