Apr 10, 2004 (Bottle) Pours a slight yellow, frothy head and a non-carbonated, copper body. Beautiful aroma of cascade hops. Sweet caramel, potent hops and a tart finish make this a new found favourite. Thanks to the great brew Cooperstown!

Apr 9, 2004 I guess the head is the key in this one. Amber color with nice malty floral aroma. Taste was hoppy and sweet with great lacing throughout. Not too shabby at all.

Jan 21, 2004 Pours slightly hazy golden-blonde color with 1.0 cm white head. Decent lacing and nice staying power. Aroma is faint--slight hops, slight skunk smell. Start is tart with some hops in the middle. Finish is a weird bitter skunk taste. SKunk aftertaste. Too malty. Not balanced enough. Sweet flavors throughout.

Dec 20, 2003 Hazy orange amber hue with massive foamy white head and excellent lace. The aroma hints of pine needles, grapefruit rind, hayfields, toasted buttery malts, citrus (orange and lemon), and dusty yeast. The taste starts malty sweet with a solid background of citric and buttered toast. A large spruce bitterness in very noticeable upon the finish and lingers quite a while. Pretty good mouthfeel, slighty chewy and lively, slight metallic feel as well. A darn nice IPA, a surprise delivered by Jeremy, Thanks.

Dec 9, 2003 The head on this thing is huge... mass amounts of lacing stick to the side of the glass like cobwebs. The aroma is a mixture of sugar candies, peaches and grass. The tastes is pretty much the same, with an empty aluminum flavor added for extra enjoyment. Overall it's pretty dang mild.

Dec 7, 2003 Pours slightly hazy orange/copper, with a lasting medium white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is fruity, floral, and strongly hoppy. Flavor is fruity, some caramel, toffee, and a good strong hop finish. Butterscotch joins in the fray as it warms more. Medium in body, could be better w/o the butterscotch coming into the party late.

Oct 28, 2003 The toughest cap to open. Massive airy, creamy-top off white head, it took 4 refills to empty a 12oz bottle, impressive. A slightly hazy burnt gold color. Keep an eye on this one as it has a tendency to overflow. Aroma nadtaste are a letdown. A musty orange aroma and taste. It could be better.

Sep 17, 2003 Decent IPA. Nice reddish-orange color with a retentive head. Citrusy hops nose with caramelly background. Ligh overall body, but it had everything in the right place. Just hoppy enough to qualify as an IPA!!!
