Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. Aroma is nice enough with notes of hops and a hint of caramel. Medium body, but too much carbonation. Flavor is very well balanced, in fact way too well balanced. This is an IPA man, where the hell are the hops?

hazy amber color, big foamy head, nose is pine and grapefruit, some malts some grassy notes , flavor is a little to sweet on the malt side, also some pine in there too, odd aftertaste New fresh bottle, i think the one i had before was a little stale, less malt flavor more fresh hops, very well balanced and very easy to drink, could easily down a case of this on a nice weekend at the cottage.

Well, light brown, nice head. Smells very hoppy, very bitter. Yes appopriate to the style, but too much for my liking. It’s ok, Maybe Ill try again in the summer when it’s warmer. Probably more appropriate then.

Poured a slightly hazy gold color with a medium sized almost white head. The aroma has a floral and almost spicy note to it. The flavor had more hops than malt. Some citrus and floral notes. The malt had some sweetness to it. Odd flavor in the finish. Semi-dry with a light to medium body. Mild to moderately bitter.

Gold pour with small white head. Orange peel nose with a hint of malt. Flavor is hoppy and bitter with some a touch of pepper. Ver little malt to balance it out, with a dry finish.

Pours hazy golden with notes of bitter hops. This shows a medium bitterness on the palte with a bit of a balkced but subtle finish.

A rather cloudy, golden IPA covered by a generous white head that mostly lasts. A rather bubbly example that is too insistant on the yeast and lacks in cleanliness. Bready more than malty and mediocre in the hop expressiveness. I did not see a date on the bottle, perhaps this was not in its freshest taste, but this was blantantly lacking in the aromatic department and felt more sweet than bitter.

In short: Messy IPA with lame malt profile
How: Fresh bottle from Cathschlag (post-Cathschlag-couch moving)
The look: Cloudy dark orange with a large off-white head
In long: Very yeasty IPA lacking in the malt department. The little malt in there is pretty flavourless, barely any caramel or anything. The hops are peppery with some acidity. The bitterness is… wrong, for lack of a better word. Fluffy body. Little league IPA, back-yard IPA indeed.
