Pours with a white two-fingered head that fades and leaves a reasonable lace. Light bodied and light-medium bodied. Not hoppy like a lot of golden ales has more of a balance of hops and malt with just a little sweetness coming through but a slightly bitter finish. $1.75 for a 12oz bottle.

GOlden color with moderate head that quickly dissipates. Seems a bit thin. Light carbonation with little flavor, some bitterness in the finish.

Nice head. Sweet, hoppy smell. Nice malt in the start with a little hop to back it up. Well balanced. Very light. They call this an American Pale, but its closer to an American Light IMO

Clear light brown color, small white head. Mild cascade aroma. Flavor is lacking. Some fruity hints with a suble bitterness. Poor example of the style.

Decent, quaffable light ale. Has a pleasant medium gold appearance with a slight head. The aroma has hints of mown grass with some hints of Saaz hops. Tart, slightly fruity flavor. A bit clingy and starchy on the aftertaste.

An odd tart, kumquatty aroma. Decent label, orange-amber beer, cool cap. Tastes very much like it smells, oddly fruit-tart. Medium long tangy, hop finish with medium mouthfeel.

Light amber/copper colour with a super dense white head. Aroma of vegetables, malt, a bit of hops and some residual sweetness. Medium to Light-bodied; Slight fruity sweetness with a predominant malt character and a subtle hoppiness throughout. Aftertaste shows some drying character and a bit of a spicey finish. Overall, a sub-par APA, but not the absolute worst either. All-in-all, a decent beer, but if you want a really good beer by this brewery, go with the BackYard IPA! I bought this twelve ounce bottle at Beers of the World in Rochester, New York and sampled it on 13-December-2003.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a small white head that quickly diminishes to nothing, leaving tiny bits of lace. Aroma is fairly boring and mild, mostly just sweet. Flavor is also quite boring, slightly sweet, with a tiny bit of floral hops showing up for the end. Body is quite light.
