It’s better than Green Light. Green Light is an abomination before gods and demons alike.
Look, I thought Mich Ultra was bad. Then Coors Aspen Edge came out. The End. Jine (896), Nutley, New Jersey, USA

Had this in the summer where it was used for beer pong. Worst idea EVER. After a couple games of beer pong you dont care what on earth you’re drinking so why not at least get something half decent (by half decent i mean higher abv) aobecksy (661), Middle of no where, Ohio, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 22, 2004 I gotta say, if you are going to do it--do it. Slumming isn’t so bad, I mean afterall if he is tri-athlete and going ot drink low carb, it is OK to compromise a little? I mean NO OTHER CHOICE. You are at the iron man competition at the gas station in Racine, he is going to buy a case of something...its ok isn’t it? Anyway, better than the other lights and lowcarb--more traditionally compared to water. julrey (32), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
| 0.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Dec 19, 2004 No aroma, palate, head, alcohol buzz.... nada on all fronts. Bests Nat Light and the like only in it’s lower propensity for hangovers, but the difference is slight enough to be unquantifiable on any applicable scale. (yes, this is the same review I gave Michelob Ultra - the two are virtually indistinguishable except that Aspen Edge is somehow even MORE tasteless, although I cannot give a lower score so what difference does it make? When you’re talking rock bottom there’s no need to split hairs.) KarmanGhia (276), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Dec 13, 2004 Updated: Mar 16, 2005While this beer seems to be the best of the low carb light beers that have just come out, that translates into about a 1.3 ranking acording to my scale. Why not the worst? Because no taste beats terrible taste. This beer has: no aroma, a swampy head that leaves quickly, and next to no taste. It does have some bubbles - in fact it is very close to club soda in my opinion. In pure American fashion, this beer is my 100th rating. What a milestone. brewblackhole (1372), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA
| 1.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Dec 7, 2004 Very light yellow pour, no head, not a molecule of aroma, surprisingly a little more taste than i expected, but I wasn’t expecting anything, quickly settled into a light corn sweetness with no aftertastecheck that aftertaste became adjuncty sour. I’ll run an extra mile rather than settle for this JdoubleyouS (82), Erie, Pennsylvania, USA

| 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Nov 30, 2004 What can you expect? It was pretty much made to taste terrible. No body or color to it and definatly no head. Just another american macrobrew that was made even worse by elimianting the carbs and taste from it. A great beer to play drinking games or beer pong with other wise steer clear of the "the edge."
