| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Aug 7, 2009 2009 Can - Pours pale clear yellow with a large white head...aroma is sweet corn and metal...flavour is similar, I am amazed at how sweet it tastes to me now, it never did before when macros were my staple in college...corn adjuncts and sugar is all I get, maybe some light grain, but not enough to lead me to believe this is anything other than adult koolaid...while this does seem like heaven after drinking Becks Light, the other half of my brain knows it’s pure shit...at least some BMC actually has passable flavour (i’m looking at you PBR)...this however does not... | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 7, 2009 Another macro-manufactured swill; at least it isn’t the worst stuff out there. What can I say, colour, head (short-lived), aroma and taste are all nondescript. I remember the aura of Coors when it was only available in a few states and was transported in refridgerated trucks. How could it not be great? Well, I was fooled big time. Such a disappointment. Okay to drink, if you’re going for a swill. slipy120 (69), Michigan, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/20 | Aug 7, 2009 See a beer drinker like me has to have two sides. There is the side that loves the strong stouts and micros and then there is the side that is drinking with buddies at the beach or local beer tent. Yes Coors may not be a great beer, but it is a great beer among crap. I would take this over a Bud or a Miller any day of the week.
Pours clear, little head, little aroma, and little flavor but is still the common man beer of choice. SuIIy (1486), Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 6, 2009 12 oz can. Pours a clear dark yellow color with white foamy head. Nose is actually straw and decently malty. Palate is on the thin side of course. Flavor is a nice, hefty sweet malt note, kinda fake but better then anticipated. Actually not as bad as I thought goign in. xs2500 (91), Mississippi, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 10/20 | Jul 31, 2009 As far as cheap beer goes this one is not that bad, yeah it aroma isn’t great. its pretty heavily carbonated and its obvious they use cheap hops and barely when brewing, but it is what it is, a cheap brew that’s not to bad when nothing else is available or the wallets looking a little thin. ¾ (5003), Colorado, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jul 26, 2009 Bottle at the ball game. Syrupy and corn-laden, light texture but syrupy and annoyingly chewy. Simple, fizzy, tinny/metallic flavor overpowers whatever is there to taste of cheap barley.
