| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jul 16, 2006 Bottle- Thanks Cory! This one, pours flashy gold into the dimple mug. Heavily adjunct infused, short lived head. Aroma is corn, peppery, minerals, with a slight trace of malts, and perhaps a single hop pellet that was used for the entire batch. Tastes like coors light, but not as watery. It’s still as corny though, and still as non-hoppy, and still as non-tasty. FInishes very crisp and quick. Funny that the CEO (former CEO) of this company was just served with a D.U.I?
Way to go Mr. Coors! steveneng (11), Mississippi, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 16, 2006 not a bad beer. coors light is way better. there are plenty of beers that are better than this one. JJClark (545), Roscoe, Illinois, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jul 16, 2006 Bottle. Poured a light golden color with a minimal head that dissipated quickly. Almost no aroma. Taste was watery and nothing special. Not a bad beer just isn’t much to it. Good with Pizza. radagast83 (1301), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 13, 2006 Eh.... as I look at my raiting of Coors Light, I realize that this beer is just about the same. It’s a little shocking that I haven’t had this until just recently, but it’s not as common as Coors Light is (it’s still very common). When you look at Bud/Bud light relationship, this just seems weird. SDalkoholic (1192), Chula Vista, California, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 7, 2006 I wasnt sure if this was the right beer when i clicked the link because twice as many peopel havce had coors light over coors orginial. How odd, anyways clean and crisp lager that has some elements of grain in its flavor but still very boring. Heavily watered down just like the light just not as much. iowaherkeye (1856), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 5, 2006 Had this badass mother when I was camping. 12oz can with the frost brew liner thing. Pours a very pale yellow with a small quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of grain and slightly spicy hops. Taste the same. Watery, well carbonated. For what it is, it isn’t a bad pale lager, and is exactly what they were going for @ Coors. Reminds me exactly what my dad gave me when he gave me the ass of his beer cup--though I believe he drank High Life and Busch Light. Better than Budweiser. Good--for what it is--I don’t think I could give a beer a 0.5 because it’s ignorant. Of course, compared to Expedition it is crappy, but for the style it’s nice. | 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Jul 3, 2006 (Rating #299 I am saving the Dark Lord for #300, tomorrow) Nose is pure pale lager, ricey, same as the pure lager rice and grain flavor, and pale gold color and white head. You could drink this ice cold on a really hot day.
